SHIPPING AND HANDLING

When you place an order you have three shipping options:

Standard shipping is included with every order. Using this option, we will send your order using either UPS Ground or 3 Day Select, depending on their destination, for all packages that can arrive at their destination within two or three days. This option covers most locations within the U.S. An additional charge of $10.25 will be added to each package shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note that our standard shipping requires three business days in transit. This means you must place our order no later than noon (Central Time) (8:00 am from November 15 thru December 31) on Tuesday to be sure it arrives by Friday to avoid sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. All Standard shipping orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following Monday. If you want your package to arrive sooner than 3 days from the time you place your order, you must choose one of the other two options or call us to make special arrangements.

2-Day Shipping delivers your package within two business days. All 2-Day shipping orders must be placed no later than noon (Central Time) (8:00 am from November 15 thru December 31) on Wednesday to be shipped that week. All 2-Day orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following Monday.

Next Day Shipping delivers your package on the following business day. All Next Day orders must be placed no later than noon (Central Time) (8:00 am from November 15 thru December 31) on Thursday to be shipped that week. All Next Day orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following Monday.

If you want a special delivery option that's not listed here (such as Saturday Delivery, Early Morning Delivery, etc.), you must call the office to make special arrangements.

The following chart outlines our shipping schedule for each delivery method.

We make every effort to please, but we cannot be responsible for packages delayed through shipping error. The shipping company is responsible for such delivery problems. Orders are billed when accepted to secure freight space on the carrier chosen.

All orders received before noon (8:00am during holidays) will be processed the same business day. Orders received after noon (8:00am during holidays) will be processed the following business day. Please refer to Shipping and Handling for additional information.     Top
