The Deli Smoked Ham is just what the name implies: it is hand-prepared and hickory smoked just like the rest of our hams, but the bone has been removed. That means you get the old-fashioned, smoky Petit Jean flavor combined with smooth and easy slicing—a perfect combination! (6-8 lbs)

BNLS PEPPERED DELI HAM

The Peppered Deli Ham is smokehouse-cured and hand-rubbed with the same brown sugar and pepper glaze as our regular peppered ham—which means the same delicious taste. But since there's no bone, the incredible taste comes with incredible convenience! (6-8 lbs)

Hickory Smoked Bacon

No question about it, Petit Jean knows how to do bacon the right way. We use only the leanest cuts, which gives you a lot more meat out of the frying pan. While others use liquid smoke, we put our bacon in the smokehouse, giving it a treatment similar to our hams. One other thing: you won’t find any paper thin bacon in a Petit Jean package! We cut our bacon thick, the way it ought to be. Try our bacon once and you won’t want to go back! (4 - 1 lb packages)

Hickory Smoked Bacon *THICK*

Our regular-sliced Hickory Smoked Bacon is cut at least as thick as some other producers’ so-called “thick” bacon. So you know when Petit Jean calls its bacon “thick-sliced,” you can be sure it’s thick! And it has the same wonderful smokehouse flavor as our regular-sliced bacon, so you can’t go wrong. Peppered Bacon

Take our Hickory Smoked Bacon and add the same brown sugar and black pepper glaze we use on our hams, and you’ve got yourself some flavor-packed bacon. You provide the hot skillet and we’ll provide all the spicy, smoky flavor you can handle! (3 - 24oz packages)

Peppered Beef (also called Pastriami)

We take a top-quality cut of beef and give it the same sugary-pepper coating and the same old-fashioned smokehouse treatment as our hams. The end result is nothing short of delicious! It comes fully cooked, so it’s great at suppertime after a busy day, and it’s perfect for sandwiches, appetizers, or as a delicious low-carb snack! (3-4 lbs NOT SLICED BONELESS)

Arkansas Style Smoked Sausage

We make our Arkansas Style Smoked Sausage using a special Petit Jean recipe that’s three-quarters of a century old. Our links get their unique flavor from a blend of four different kinds of pepper, giving them the delicious flavor Arkansans have enjoyed for years. You get four packages of 4 links each. Summer Sausage

A tasty blend of pork, beef, and special seasonings, our Summer Sausage is great for just about any occasion. Take it to work for lunch, take it camping or hunting, send it to school with the kids, or eat some with crackers as a midnight snack. You get two sticks. (7 - 8oz packages)
